One of the developments that took place over the holidays was the installation of a new telephone system. This replaced our original system and should bring about a much improved service as we have effectively doubled the number of lines available for callers and moved to a more modern digital system.
On Monday 11th April there will be a switch over and some further tweaking of the way it has been set up. During this time there may be a negligable amount of down time for the system so there shouldn’t be any disruption. However, if anyone does experience any difficulty then please try calling again after a few minutes.
Our main number will remain the same but some of the options will have changed. If you are used to selecting an option before hearing them all then please listen carefully to the new options ilst when calling. This is also going to be updated during Monday morning.
