Italy Geography Trip

Italy 2017During the Easter holidays many excited Year 10s took the short plane journey over the Alps to Naples, Italy.

Over a period of four days, the Year 10s, accompanied by Mrs Smith, Miss Freathy and Mr Sharp climbed Mt Vesuvius, visited the buried city of Pompeii, stood in the smelly volcano at Solfatara, had a boat ride over to the beautiful island of Capri and ate a lot of Gelato (ice cream) and pizza.

The students were able to experience a wonderful Italian culture, and learn a bit of the lingo along the way.

A massive thank you to Mrs Smith for organizing and running this once in a lifetime trip!

Ciao!
