Company Secretary and Clerk for The Salterns Academy Trust
We are looking to appoint someone with the appropriate qualifications and experience to work across the Trust which has the responsibility of two secondary schools, Admiral Lord Nelson School and Trafalgar School. The role includes the position of Company Secretary to the Trust and Clerk to the Board and clerk to both local governing bodies within the Trust.
The Salterns Academy Trust is a learning community where every member of staff understands the difference they can make to our students’ outcomes. It was formed when Admiral Lord Nelson School (ALNS) became a converter academy in April 2014 as a means of developing ever closer working relationships with our primary and secondary partner schools.
