On Tuesday 27th February, students were asked to form a panel working with Portsmouth City Council to give their input about Personal Development, Aspiring Futures and the future development of these programmes throughout the city. Our students shared the fabulous work we do at ALNS and were very vocal about the topics they feel should be explored more in Personal Development.
We honoured to be the only secondary school to be part of the consultation and as usual our students represented the school with a great deal of pride and knowledge. As a result of the meeting we now plan to appoint Personal Development Ambassadors from each year group to help develop the Aspiring Futures Programme, our Personal Development Days and PD Programme even further using their great ideas.
