ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (SPECIALISING IN HUMAN RESOURCES)

Salary: Band 4 £14,703 – £15,642 pro rata (£18,441 – £19,619 fte)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 per week term time plus 2 weeks
Start date: 1st September 2019

We are looking for an enthusiastic part time Administration Assistant to support the Executive Assistant/Human Resources Manager in the work of Human Resources and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team in the Admiral Lord Nelson School office. This role is for those who like a challenge and enjoy doing something different every day. The successful candidate will be hard working, organised, flexible and enthusiastic with the ability to work proactively either independently or within the team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have relevant experience in administration systems.
  • Have good knowledge of ICT.
  • Be highly motivated and able to use their own initiative.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be positive, well organised and energetic, with a good sense of humour
  • Have a desire to make a positive difference to the lives of young people.
