Anti-Bullying Week

This week we have been doing lots about Anti Bullying. The things that I learnt from the activities and the bullying stories is that when you can see bullying happening you must commit to being the up-stander not the bystander. Being an upstander means to stand with the victim of the bullying and report to a teacher, head of house or even through the school website. However, many people are bystanders that’s why we have been learning about the importance of not being. To be a bystander you have experienced the bullying but not done anything about it. Bullying is something many people experience in their life. It does not have to be this way! It does not have to be this way. I have learnt from anti bullying week that bullying is wrong and we HAVE to do something about it. By Izzy – Year 7
