Parent Help

We hope that this page will be of help to parents (and students!) in these unprecedented times.

If you have any suggestions for things that would be useful on this page, either drop us a message on Facebook or email us.

We are in the process of creating various guides for parents and students on how to access some of the tools they may not have encountered yet, such as Google Classroom and Zoom.

These will all be added to our new Guides page here.

Distance learning timetables

Timetables for live lessons and distance learning can be found here.

Students should always check Show My Homework for any changes.

Department-specific help

If you are having problems or have a question when supporting your child in a subject (or you are the student and need help) we have set up some new email accounts which are monitored by teachers from each department.

If you have any other questions or require support for anything outside of department-specific questions, please contact our Student Services team: [email protected]

Keeping safe online

We are very conscious that your child is likely to be spending even longer online at the moment.

The Department for Education has specifically asked us to share the following websites that offer support for parents and carers in keeping their children safe online:

Worried about the safety of a child?

If you are a parent/guardian and have concerns about your child, whether that is something you have heard from them or witnessed with your own eyes, please use the form below in reporting the concern. We will follow this up as soon as possible.
