School Library Service

Portsmouth Public Libraries offer ‘Britannica Library’ (an online version of Encyclopaedia Britannica). This is a great homework resource and pupils can log-in from home if they have a public library card and pin number.

Pupils can search for information at 2 levels, ‘Junior’ and ‘Student’, so there should be something accessible to everybody’s interest level. There are also lots more helpful things on there like images, videos, links to magazines/journals, links to other recommended websites, and interesting facts about things that happened on this day in history.
