Our Students’ Destinations: Success Year After Year
Outstanding Progress Beyond Year 11
Each year, the vast majority of our Year 11 leavers move on to positive post-16 destinations that meet the Raising the Participation Age (RPA) requirements. Beating the Local Average – Consistently
Across every reported year, our school matches or exceeds local authority outcomes for post-16 destinations. This reflects strong careers guidance, tailored support and ambitious aspirations for every learner.
More students progressing positively than the LA average in 5 out of 6 years.
Exceptionally Low NEET Figures
We are proud that very few of our students become NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).

This 100% success rate reflects targeted support, strong pastoral care and effective progression planning for those who need it most.
